Delivery

We provide delivery within Lviv and other cities in Ukraine. About cost and possibility of the delivery to your city ask our manager.

Price for delivery within Lviv city is 100 UAH, price for delivery within regional centers (Kyiv, Dnipro, Odessa, Kharkiv etc.) is 200 UAH.

Final delivery cost depends on the place and time of delivery and is agreed with our manager.

In Lviv you can pick up your order at the address: Kulparkivska street, 226 (Shopping mall Victoria gardens, near restaurant Antrecot).

 

Get in touch

We are not responsible for late delivery in cases of

  • Incorrectly specified delivery address or other data required to complete the order
  • Absence of receiver at the specified time
  • Refusal of receiver to accept flowers
  • The onset of force majeure circumstances

We inform you when the flowers are delivered and, if necessary, send a photo of the delivered flowers.

Payment

We work on an advance-payment basis. A deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining amount can be paid to our courier (only in Lviv).

With orders to other cities we need 100% prepayment.

You can make the payment by sending money on Privatbank card, via LiqPay in UAH, USD, EUR or with Western Union.

We guarantee that the personal information provided by the customer will remain confidential and will not be transferred to third parties.
